The Story of the Wakami

Once upon a time, the EARTH was created!

But it felt cold and dark,
so a Sun was attached to it.
But when the sun was resting,
it got dark again....

so, yes, they gave the Earth the STARS.

But the earth would get really dry and breathless,

so WATER and AIR became part of it.
It was a beautiful environment,
but nothing grew on it. It felt sterile.
It needed to give life. So there were
TREES and OTHER PLANTS created!
The earth felt happier, but something
was missing...
So to please the earth, ANIMALS were created...

animals that would live in the sea,

and animals that lived in the land
The earth enjoyed this...
for these animals could move!!!
But the earth was still not happy!!!
it needed something else...
it needed something to take care of it...
it needed some nurturing...
so BOYS and GIRLS were created!!!
The earth felt it had almost everything,
but one last thing was missing: a kind of CONNECTION
between trees and plants and animals and people,
and the earth and the sun, and the stars...and the water and the wind...

The one thing that made EVERYTHING become ONE...

and LOVE was created, CONNECTING everything!!!
When this happened, the EARTH stopped asking for things...
Its SPIRIT WAS HAPPY!!!

We can’t see it, touch it, hear it,

smell it, taste it, or can we?

Think about this next time you

SEE a mother hug her child,

SMELL and TASTE

a delicious meal made by your mom,

HEAR words of comfort

from a friend,
TOUCH the hand of an elderly person.

The VIBRATION OF DIVINE LOVE ,

greater than anything in the UNIVERSE,

THE GOLDEN THREAD

THAT HOLDS US ALL TOGETHER,
